PEONIES: We are using Royal Mail 24hr Tracked (No Signature) to fulfil our peony deliveries. We have been assured that tracked packages are being prioritised. Rest assured, peonies can survive this duration out of water, as can our evergreen foliage. Our boxes have strict instructions on them to ensure Royal Mail are aware of the perishable nature of the product.

We post our peony bouquets on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We will post your bouquet on the postal day closest to when you placed your order on the website, unless you have requested a more specific date (please add a note on your order stating this, so we can ensure you requirements are met). You will be notified by email when your bouquet has been despatched and is on its way. Once you receive your tracking details, please update to include an allocated 'safe place' or delivery note, if necessary.

WREATHS: Our seasonal wreaths are sent out as Recorded and Signed For packages and have an estimated delivery time of 3 days. All our wreaths come in perfectly sized boxed and are lined with tissue to keep the contents safe during transit. Keep hold of your boxes too, as they come in very handy to store your wreath while it's not in use! Once you receive your tracking details, please update to include an allocated 'safe place' or delivery note, if necessary.
